SET created a customer experience retail store called Next Gen. Due to its success, the store became the ideal model for Verizon retail. By developing a retail strategy, we made all Verizon stores cohesive through look, feel and messaging.
We created an experience worth visiting by designing a more natural environment. Through fixture design, visual merchandise and messaging, the stores enhanced customer loyalty by becoming familiar and approachable.
Working with the Visual Merchandising Manager, we developed the Next Gen Retail Guidelines and a design strategy to keep all in-store merchandise, signage, and typography consistent. As a result, we created a uniform retail experience.
